A flex space is a large rentable area that can be customized to fit any type of need. Flex spaces were designed for inventory, setting up a shop or small business, personal use, and more.
First, think about your needs. You’ll need to know how much space to rent. Consult with a storage expert and tour a shop space. We also recommend figuring out your must-have utilities, such as electricity, water, and internet service provider.
Typically, no. In most cases, you will not need a special permit to operate in one of our shops. However, if you are operating a food truck or providing/selling products meant for human consumption, you must contact your county and abide by its requirements.
These are outlet voltages. In simple terms, the 240V outlet provides more power and powers things such as a stove, dryers, compressors, etc. Your 120V outlet is the typical outlet you’d see in your home. These are ideal for laptops, mobile devices, microwaves, lights, and more.

Getting power to your shop space should be one of your top priorities. Our facility uses a unique electricity provider for each town/city we’re in. Contact our on-site staff to see which provider(s) we work with in each town. Once the provider has approved your application, you should have power to your space within a couple of hours.
Our leases are annual. Worry less about the month-to-month costs. Of course, depending on your needs, we’ll always be willing to work with you.Â
Your insurance needs will fluctuate depending on your business’s needs. If you need a shop for personal needs, insurance is not required by us. However, storefront rentals require basic liability, and all tenants must list us on their policy.
