Payment Authorization, AutoPay Enrollment & Electronic Consent
By checking the consent box and providing my electronic signature on this online form,
I (“Tenant”) hereby authorize Affordable Storage
(“Company”) and its authorized payment processor,
SiteLink by Storable (“Processor”), to charge the
payment card I have entered on this form for the total amount due shown at the time of submission:

I understand that the Total Amount Due is a dynamic value that is automatically calculated
based on the selections I make during the online rental process, which may include—but is not limited to—
base rent, prorated rent, administrative fees, taxes, deposits, protection plans, locks,
or other add-on services I have selected. I authorize Affordable Storage to charge the final displayed
receiptTotal amount at the time of submission.
By signing and submitting this form, I also authorize the Company, through its Processor
(SiteLink by Storable), to enroll my account in the Company’s AutoPay Program.
This means that unless I have paid multiple months of rent in advance, my payment card on file
will be automatically charged for recurring monthly rent and any other recurring charges
associated with my storage unit(s). The recurring charge will occur on the rent due date
specified in my rental agreement each month, for the then-current total amount owed.
I understand and agree that:
- AutoPay will remain active until I provide written notice to cancel it in accordance with my rental agreement and Company policy.
- If my card is declined or otherwise cannot be charged, I am still responsible for timely payment of rent and any associated fees.
- It is my responsibility to update my payment information before the due date if my card changes, expires, or becomes invalid.
- If I have prepaid multiple months, AutoPay will begin automatically at the end of the prepaid period unless I provide notice to cancel prior to that date.
I authorize the Processor (SiteLink by Storable), on behalf of Affordable Storage, to initiate
debit or credit entries to my payment card or account as necessary to process payments, correct
errors, or issue authorized refunds. I understand that charges may appear on my statement as
“Affordable Storage” or “SiteLink by Storable.”
I represent and warrant that I am the authorized user of the payment card provided,
that all billing information entered is true and correct, and that I have reviewed the
rental charges and terms of my agreement. I agree that this authorization will remain
in effect until I have provided written notice to revoke it, allowing sufficient time
(typically 3–5 business days) for processing prior to the next billing cycle.
I consent to receive disclosures, receipts, and all related communications electronically.
I agree that my electronic signature (including clicking “I Agree,” checking a box, or typing
my name) constitutes my legal signature and consent to this authorization in accordance with
the U.S. E-SIGN Act and other applicable laws. The Company may record my IP address, device,
and timestamp for verification and compliance purposes.
I acknowledge that SiteLink by Storable is a PCI-DSS–compliant payment processor.
Affordable Storage does not store complete card numbers or sensitive authentication data
on its own systems. My payment information will be securely transmitted, stored, and
processed in accordance with applicable laws and the Company’s privacy policy.
